Refunds for your subscription to pckgs.io are provided only under the following precise circumstances:

Technical Issues / Service Unavailability: If you experience critical technical issues directly impacting your ability to use the subscribed service (e.g., private package hosting is inaccessible for an extended period) and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe.
B. Failure to Deliver Promised Features: If a core feature, explicitly advertised and part of your subscribed plan (e.g., support for a specific package manager, private repository access), is definitively not delivered or continuously fails to function as described, and our support team cannot rectify the issue.
C. Customer Dissatisfaction (Initial Period): We offer an at least 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service during this initial period from your first subscription payment date, you may request a full refund, no questions asked. This guarantee applies only to the initial subscription period.
D. Accidental Duplicate Purchases: If you are accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a system error.
E. Fraudulent Transactions: In cases where a purchase is confirmed to be unauthorized or fraudulent, and is reported promptly.
Non-Refundable Situations / Exclusions
Except for the specific conditions outlined in Section 1, refunds are explicitly not provided for any other reasons, including but not limited to:
After the initial 30-day money-back guarantee period has expired.
For partial subscription periods after cancellation. When you cancel your subscription, your access to the service will continue until the end of your current paid billing cycle (monthly or annual), and no prorated refund will be issued for the remaining unused days.
